Cozy Cottages began with a simple purpose: to create comfortable, practical and self-contained homes for elderly family members who wanted to maintain their independence while remaining close to loved ones.

With the needs of older residents in mind, our expandable homes feature thoughtful layouts and generously sized bathrooms with room for shower chairs and a washing machine. This allows each home to provide the comfort, privacy and everyday conveniences needed for truly self-contained living.

It soon became clear that the versatility of our homes extended well beyond their original purpose. Farmers and rural businesses began using Cozy Cottages to provide practical and comfortable accommodation for workers.
